To all of our valued customers, the safety of our employees, customers and the areas we service are our utmost priority.
We are closely monitoring the rapidly evolving spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on the area we serve, and are following guidance from the CDC and other local health organizations to do our part to help mitigate the spread. Our Business Continuity Plans are well-developed, and we continue to adapt those plans to the unprecedented circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 virus. We will deploy those plans as appropriate to help ensure uninterrupted service to our valued customers and our service area.
Our Staff
We are taking the necessary precautions to protect our employees and, in turn, our valued customers. These precautions include specific instructions to our employees on the importance of washing their hands, and other good health habits, as well as staying home if they feel sick. Additionally, in an effort to protect our personnel and our customers we will not be entering customer homes except for emergencies or special circumstances based on the situation, we will make additional inquiries prior to entering a home.
Our Promise to You
We are continuously evaluating ongoing developments, monitoring any impacts to the customers and areas we service and will continue to take appropriate actions to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. We remain committed to providing the upmost service that our customers have come to expect from us, despite a modified method of interaction with customers we will be “social distancing”. While standard propane deliveries will continue as usual, we are limiting our regular procedures in our office. In order to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and the community , our office will be temporarily closed for walk-in traffic. We urge customers to take advantage of other means of self service including online bill pay, mailing your payments or phone payments. If none of these options work for a customer you can come to our office to make a payment but will be asked to wait outside while your needs are met.
